Training Update: Strongman style recovery

It was neat to see some of the DSD family warming up and sharing some donuts. Yeah, donuts.

I started with a set on the BB bench press: 135Ib*20 just for good measure.

5-6 rounds of one arm farmers carries (each way- 25 yards) super set with reverse sled pulls. Did these slowly.

3 Rounds farmers carries with fat grips. One arm sled pulls.

I threw in some KB tricep extensions and BB curls- 50 reps (as little time as possible).

Then Duda thought it would be fun to do farmers carries for time (2:00). Everyone went through it. That was rough.
