Who is Miguel Wickert?

I’ve done this before. If you want the long story, read it here. Here’s a quick rundown.

Family

From Chicago, live in Tulsa, OK USA. I’m engaged to the lovely lady in this picture. Say hi to Robin!

Extended family in both Puerto Rico and Chicago. No Children yet, one younger brother (Joseph).

Interests/Passions

These range from Biblical/theological academic discussions, to public ethics/culture and the role of government. I enjoy writing (blogging), love exercising: always striving to improve overall fitness, this includes weight lifting and running.

Other passions include: helping others learn to blog, social media networking and life hacks.

School/Career/Work

I earned a BA in Biblical Literature: New Testament from ORU. This seems strange for some, two things you should know: 1) I’m a pretty solid writer and 2) I guess when it comes to New Testament (story of Christianity: writings, history, so on) I might know a little something.

I’m in Graduate school for at the most, another year. Career, yeah… a lot of everything. Seriously, I don’t mind teaching and discussing my area of education but in a perfect world, I’d love to freelance (as a writer, and maybe one day as a website designer), play a role in shaping and protecting human rights, ethics, role of government and the list goes on.

Seeking employment on a part-time/full-time basis (as school allows).
